Terry is committed to seeing the next generation of leaders discover their purpose and step out into the plan of God for their lives. In addition to founding Next Generation Leader, Terry serves as the Global Co-Chair for Empowered21 NextGen, the Global NextGen Ambassador for OneHope, and the NextGen Catalyst and Pastor of Global Ministries at River Valley Church based in Minnesota.
MISSION
To empower emerging leaders, creating influence opportunities for them regardless of the seats they occupy, while freeing up Next Gen voices to be prophetic and apostolic in the streets as much as in the church building.
VISION
To influence the global church by maximizing Local Contexts, inspiring the next generation of leaders to innovate and pioneer work at all levels, empowering and influencing them as they go into the future.

Through his work with organizations like OneHope and Empowered21, Terry works to provide free resources for churches and leaders.

Terry travels and speaks internationally on NextGen leadership trends, and more specifically, generational shift and how that impacts the Church today.
COACHING
Terry offers coaching to help young leaders unlock their potential and make a positive impact for the Kingdom of God.
